Discovery Channel Dropping Sponsorship

The Discovery Channel will not sponsor a cycling team after the 2007 season. They will not renew their contract. One reason given is that the management changes at the Discovery Channel have brought in new people who do not share the previous management's enthusiasm for cycling.

Meanwhile, the team itself has recently announced their final roster for the upcoming season. Looks like they will be doing some extra recruiting next year to find new sponsors.
