The CSC Team Manager said that cycling needs to straighten up. The image of cycling is not good, and everyone needs to work together to get it back on track. He says that there are no magic bullets other than getting everyone on board to work to make things better.

That is going to be a near impossible endeavor. At this point the big three tours and the ProTour are at odds, and every team is an island. Moreover, the problem is not with cycling it is about money. Professional sports are so lucrative that people throw away their health to win. The real problem is with the fans who continue to support flawed athletes and a patchwork of local laws that make it possible to cheat.
