Slow Ride

The Raleigh News and Observer has a piece on the trend to host slow rides. While some folks got jazzed about racing when they saw Lance tear apart the Tour others just want to get out and take a slow mosey.
The interview is with Zonda Hillman who started a group called Slowpokes, and the group has grown considerably. It is for folks who want to get out and take things at a slower pace. The only problem is that they have to deal with those speed demons who want to open up the throttle and roll at 17mph. It's not a problem, though, they just let them go and wave bye-bye as the ride off into the distance.
